These photos are incredibly amazing! Too much praises! With no rules in lomography, just the simply golden ones that we lomographers live by, are great experiences that teaches to be good photographers every day.
I love them, and I’m so inspired with these photos so much! It always depends on the film, the way you shot it, your camera and above all else, your passion to take a good shot! ;)
Have fun lomographers!
Much Love,

Lomo Love Friday VI

Finally! Exams are over and I have time to blog again with my lomography addiction. Suddenly, the photo lab where I’m always developing my photos just closed, and I think they won’t be back for a moment, so I’m still waiting for my films to be developed! I have a LOT of films that are currently processing, and I just can’t wait to see them and share those Redscale to you guys! :)
For now, I’m happy I had time to share my LLF post again! I was ogling these photos from a current Tipster about how you should take photos brilliantly when sunset! I’m really inspired! I just have to wait for that perfect moment to take a click from my Diana F+ at 6:00 pm.
Well, I’m proud to present to you, Lomo Love Friday VI!

Backdrop, backlighting, a shadow casting the foreground is perfect in this scene.
I love how it paints the waters pink.

Sunset indeed, the fact that you cannot see the sun and the clouds are the present subjects, makes it perfect for the colors that looks so calm and delightful.

Halo Leute! I’m back with my “Lomo Love Friday!” Hmmmm its been like…..2 or 3 weeks or so, since I’ve last made a photo blog about this. Really sorry about that! Anyway, I just blogged about the new films that Lomography just released! The Tungsten film and Earl Grey! They give such spectacular colors! I’m wondering if the Tungsten film is already available here in Philippines! If you know guys, please message me, let me know. Because I don’t want to waste precious time waiting for my orders/packages if I buy again at Lomography.com (sorry guys, excitement gets to me so much :(
I’m proud to present to you, Lomo Love Friday V!

One word: Spectacular. I love the splash of light, pastel colors that creates such beautiful photos. Nature is always photogenic and lovely. I must try this film. All good for 35mm cameras! All you have to do is to be very creative in taking photos without doing so much effort! OH AND YES, DON’T THINK, JUST SHOOT. :>
Update: I’ll be developing my Redscale films I used when I went to Tagaytay. Photos soon!

-I adore this photo. It takes a great shot and luck to get a great photo of quiet, still waters.

-Wow! I will never get tired of this! Trees are always one-of-a-kind when it comes to lomography. Also, this photo gives me chills, its like the kind of trees you see in a cemetery, or anywhere mystical.
———————————————————————————————————-
Taken by singleelderly with a Diana F+ Edelweiss Edition
-I love it! The colors are just great! Especially the round, fisheye effect. I honestly don’t know what trick he did here, or maybe he just used a fisheye lens.

-Lovely! Fantastic vignettes, suits the birds very well especially the sky. I never had a photo of birds flying in the air, catching them in action. I would really like to try!

-Red skies, beautiful photography. Fuji Astia 100 :) I’ve been wondering where to get this film because I’ve heard that this film really does great photos (talk about red skylines) so yeah…hope I can found one.
THAT’S ALL! I’ve been on the hunt for Fuji Astia and Kodak EPP, and I dunno where to go. They say Hidalgo? Yes, I’ve been there, but unfortunately it was a weekend so a lot of photography shops were closed and it sucks cause I live really far from Quiapo. Eesh.
Well, I hope you guys enjoyed these photos this “Lomo Love Friday”! Hope you could also get inspired and be inspired by these analogue photos! Woo! Go Lomography!

Much Love,

Lomo Love Friday III

Last week I never got the chance to do some Lomography inspiration post all because of being assiduous for my exams and a whole lot of work to do. But thankfully, its friday, and I’m here! So I’m happy to post “Lomo Love Friday III” :)
This is where I show my freedom of expression when it comes to days where I’m totally inspired and motivated to splurge on films and to just shoot anything I want to shoot. This is “Lomo Love Friday” its a weekly blog that I will post which mostly centers on my favorite analogue photos for the whole week!

All photos from Anna from Much Love , using Wide Lens Superheadz loaded with Fujicolor Superia 200
-Natural colors. Using a 200 film! (cheap yeah!) Another inspiration when using 35mm film that is 400 ISO below. The double exposures are so pretty and well-done, and the brightness of the sun shining is just sooo perfect.
——————————————————————————————————————

Taken by kompactfaen with a Lomo LC-A+ loaded with Lomography X-Chrome Pro 100
-How can you not love this? The colors are just breathtaking! I love Lomography X-Chrome Pro 100, but its just so expensive here in my place I only tried all the color negatives except this film and the Lomography Redscale. But someday, I will really buy a pack and use them all!
BTW, the clouds in the photos looks like Aurora Borealis ?? Haha!

-Who couldn’t get enough of flowers. We all know that. :D
—————————————————————————————————————-

By icuresick using LC-A+ loaded with Solid Gold
-LOVE IT. The color is just great, and the sharpness was totally awesome. Of course, with the help of the film (which is super awesome SOLID GOLD) it makes the photo truly mesmerizing to look at.
———————————————————————————————————————

By icuresick using LC-A+ loaded with Solid Gold
-Lovely double exposure that gives complex shapes and colors that fit the horizon. Great combination of photos in one!
———————————————————————————————————-

He used LC-A+ loaded with Fuji Velvia 100 (my favorite film!)
-Wow. I love the color. Much better than redscale. Hoho. And, I much love cable wires, they always look good as a foreground. Oh, its double exposure! Thought it was the sun…
——————————————————————————————————————————-
Photos here also by icuresick using LC-A+ loaded with Kodak EPP film:

Brilliant photos! Beautiful colors, spectacular subjects. Great for lomo-walls. He used Kodak EPP 120 film. By far, I know that this film is best for natural colors and also, best in sunlight. Why did these photos became like this? He said his films entered a non-filmsafe X-ray machine which made the processing tricky, but it turned out magnificent results. Wish I could do that too! Haha!
icuresick or Eric Cusi is one of my favorite lomographers who’s also based here in the Philippines! I’ve met some lomographers who has great talents when it comes to lomography and he’s definitely one of those people who’s very dedicated.

That’s it for this friday! Next week again for another batch of my favorite photos!

Much love,

Lomo Love Friday II

There isn’t much to see, but these beautiful photos had really caught my attention this week! Out of all the busyness of my studies and everything I’ve been working on, I always spend time to be inspired and get inspired from different lomographers everywhere!
—————————————————————————-

Carousels! Such photogenic lovelies!

This star-moon bridge is in Marikina, I remember it, and I love the splash of colors here!

The color of these photos (above and below) seems so queer yet mysterious to me, its like there’s gonna be a ghost somewhere hidden in the photo. Woo.

Hello, escalators! I love the dreamy and dark look of it, all because of Fuji Sensia 200. Much love, to get that lovely film wonder.
Let’s get down to it!
These photos are taken by the ever-awesome Lakandula , that is not his real name, its his username at Lomography.com. But he’s Filipino, and he’s one of my favorite lomographer ever since I got into lomography. I never realized that the photos I’ve been ogling for like over and over again are his! One time, I’ll be dedicating a blog just for him and to share to you guys how a spectacular lomographer he is. (To be honest, I wanna meet him personally, to get some tips and advice for someone like me, who is until, now, is still a rookie)
Till next week, for another batch of pretty lo-fi photos! :)

Eiffel Tower Double (by deanandjon)
-This photo always reminds me of what I read in Lomography Tipsters (in their website) where I would like to try doing upside-down double exposures, which is pretty cool. And the Eiffel Tower as the subject is just brilliant.
————————————————————————————————————————

Time And Space Always Get In The Way (by b0redbone)
-I just love taking pictures where the camera faces the sky, or whatever upward. It shows the vastness of the sky and the colors that surrounds it.
——————————————————————————————————————————

Pretty! Lomo LC-A+ RL by hier0glyphics on Flickr.
-I just love Ferris Wheel. And also, the camera looks up again.
————————————————————————————————————-

Using sprocket Holga modification. Photo by Shootalogue. Anawangin, Zambales. || Holga 120CFN || Fuji Sensia 200 (expired) || Cross-processed || Digiprint
-I love the concept of using the sprocket holes to belong in a photo. It shows more mystery and and the look of true vintage.

Camera: Yellow Wide Lens Superheadz; Film: Kodak Colorplus 200. Photo by Anna from Much Love-Anna
-These are some photos from Anna’s blog, which is so adorable. I love how she uses her old, and plastic cameras for everyday photos, I love her films (hoping they have them here LOL) and I love how she plays with her camera. :D
———————————————————————————————————————————

By lomographer janeusi taken with a Lomography Fisheye No. 2
-Fisheye! I love the color of the sky and the girl in the foreground! :D I am always fascinated by the view of the world through a fishbowl. LOL. This uses 35mm, which is clearly, more cheaper film than mine. Eesh XD
——————————————————————————————————————————-

Photo by satomi with a Lomography Diana F+
-Diana F+! To be honest, I haven’t used Lomography X-Pro film, (going to try it soon!) and I love how the photos turn out with it! Even the numbers appear like it shows the background of the film itself! :D And I love the idea of carousels. <3
———————————————————————————————————

Taken by sebastiansiu with a LCA+
-I love flowers. They always show how beautfiul and stunning they are when it comes to plastic lens. <3
——————————————————————————————————————-

Taken by anird with a Lomography Diana F+
-Diana F+ again! I never get tired of trees and leaves as their shadow overcome the whole sky, in this photo, I like the idea where the tree is in the middle and it looks like it shows hope because of the light that shines behind it.
—————————————————————————————————
Taken by hhjm with a holga 120 wpc loaded with Fuji Velvia 100F
-Fuji Velvia. One of the films I’ve been dying to have. Photos when used by this wonderful film will always have extravagant photos. :D
————————————————————————————————
Taken by lawypop with a Lomo LC-A+ (available in our Online Shop) loaded with Lomography X-Pro Chrome 100
-Lovely vignette. It looks perfect in this photo. A lomo cam is perfect when it is shot from the ground.
—————————————————————————————
Next week again! All these photos are not mine like I said, and I’m giving them full credit for all these wonderful photos. :D
For all the people who views the world through plastic lens.
