Mornings When I Wake Up

Every morning I wake up and say to myself that it is another day, don’t screw it up, don’t make it a bad day. Then I sit down and close my eyes and talk to the Lord. I praise him and thank Him that I’m awake and I can still breathe. With simple things like a short prayer gets me through my mornings.

Because sometimes we have bad mornings when we wake up and we’re not totally approve of our wakefulness. We tend to be lazy and we go back to sleep.

Sometimes I wish mornings are like a sweet scent of chamomile and with that perfect touch of sunlight that doesn’t hurt my eyes when I wake up in a bed of sunflowers. Taking a deep breath and  smiling for the day ahead of me. To have that perfect time of waking up, where I wouldn’t go back to sleep anymore because I have enough rest and energy to get through the day.

That’s how I want my mornings to be. 

The Necromancer Lives

We all have this alternate ending scene that we predict in our minds every time we watch a show or a movie that left us a significant memory and somehow, we just can’t stop thinking about it. For me, yes I’m having that moment.

And I need to write it down to avoid the attack of forgetfulness.

Actually this own prediction of mine, or as you call “fan fiction” or my own “author’s demise” fell down at the hands of Thorin Oakenshield, and another significant character that I invented myself. As you know, it’s all from The Hobbit.

Without further ado, I welcome you to some of the scenes that I would love to be added to the story itself.

Sleeping soundly, dreaming of more gold and casting out fire….Then came a dragon burning everything that it sees, never leaving a thing behind unknown. It was so huge, so strong it can kill everyone in it’s path, it can kill everyone, very fast, very quick, very swift, with tongues of fire everywhere, and everywhere it goes……

it can kill, it can kill, I can kill, and I will kill them, I will burn them, I will smash them, I will….. 

Then I woke up. 

I was breathing heavily. Looking all confused and scared of the outcome. That it was me, the dragon was me all along. I hate it when I think about that, I will do my best to avoid this curse even if it means giving up my life for an exchange for normal life. A human life.

Then I heard a rustling and screeching from outside. Voices I’ve never heard from years. I realized they are people. Dwarfs mostly. I can smell them, I can smell them very well. Such nasty creatures. 

I stood up and made myself be ready from whatever enters my domain. But for a split second I found out that they were a pack, maybe 16 dwarfs going to try to defeat me without further notice. But they were wrong. 

They entered. I did not speak nor interrupted them. I wondered that I must find out what kind of dwarfs they are. 

The next thing I know is that I was hiding behind the pillars, being extra careful to avoid stepping on the gold because it might cause a sound which might get their attention. I was utterly nervous yet there is this strong feeling of mine that I must take no chances and kill them swiftly. 

I observed them carefully as they wander around the castle. My castle to be exact, even though I stole it but it’s mine and mine forever. They cannot take my gold and if they do, it might be their last chance to breathe. 

There’s this white haired dwarf, and those of different varieties but you can easily distinguish them by their long, thick beards. There’s also a wizard too, carrying a wooden staff, a little creature that doesn’t look similar to the wolves, and another dwarf, who looks rather familiar.

I took another glance for a minute and realized he was the king’s son. The dwarf prince Thorin Oakenshield. I’ve heard about his heroic deeds of killing the Pale Orc, but he was wrong if he’s going to get an attempt on killing me.

What is he doing here? He must have known I was here or else, he wants a duel. Fair then. I will, and I can kill him! I’ll just…

Suddenly there was this small bird that landed on my left foot which made me tumble to the ground and crashed some gold that was around my place. It created a noise that echoed through the room. I heard murmurs and noises, even the shingling sounds of knives and swords being drawn out. 

“Who is there? SHOW YOURSELF!” I heard Thorin shouted. “Maybe it’s at the back, over there!” the little creature said. I landed on my back which really hurt. Now I sense they’re coming so I tried my best to stand up and walk away, I can still do good. I’ll get out immediately. I was galloping around the corner when, “STOP! Stay where you are! Who are you?” Thorin asked impatiently. 

I turned around and everyone gasped and froze. 

Sweet Androgyny

Let’s say I’m just tired of being sulky and feeling like a coma-patient in bed when I just suffered a strange fever that lasted for a week and pray, I do not know what is wrong with me (even the doctor said so) but anyway, thanks to water therapy and medicine made by the world’s renowned doctors (LOL) I am now alive and well. Thank you Lord!

Sharing to you guys my photos last week before I got sick. Did a little paparazzi-inspired shoot, that’s what I call it and based from the results…I loved it! Feels like I’m just being photographed right on the streets without notice! With all the shades and walking, I can fake being a celebrity. I’m so sorry.

Make Up Store from Sweden is Now in Manila!

Make Up Store, a popular cosmetic store from Sweden is now here in Manila! Makeup Store is everything, cause they have a lot of products from makeup, skincare, nail care, you name it! It’s interesting to me due to the fact that it’s a known brand abroad and is widely used by professionals and even celebrities.

Thankful from my lovely blogger friend Jacky Moraleda from The World is my Runway for inviting me to the said event.
